Wines of Gala

With this experience we want to salute Dalí’s wild imagination and honour his ability to seek out pleasure and beauty in everything we do.  As interpreted in his book “The Wines of Gala”, the focus here is to learn to enjoy wine from an artistic perspective and move away from bloodless systems of ratings towards a more intimate relationship.

While doing that the aim is to understand the character and personality within a bottle of wine and sense how to express wine according to the emotional resonance it creates in our very depths. This is indeed a multi-sensorial experience that brings to light another perspective of appreciating wines and the pleasure and art of enjoying them. As Dalí said “A real connoisseur does not drink wine but tastes of its secrets.”
